Hailing from the suburbs of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Rogue Mind have only just begun to redefine the tried and true power trio formula. After continually playing the songs that everyone thinks they want to hear, these three intrepid souls wanted to undertake a fresh project to serve as counterpoint to a music industry that is increasingly focused on formula, image and hype. Having the old familiar faces of friends to draw creativity, perspective and strength from in their new endeavor, Rogue Mind seamlessly blends elements of indie rock, alternative and metal into a distinct, yet familiar format that is equally interesting and assessable to the modern rock listener.
