""Rohan Pommels new album, 'Valley of Bones', is a collection of powerful songs that will take you on a spiritual journey. Songs of love and devotion will move you from praising to dancing to falling to your knees in worship.""

Rohan Pommels is a native Jamaican who has been singing, songwriting and performing for over twenty years. Born in Kingston Jamaica and raised in the Chantilly District of Manchester, Jamaica, Rohan began his musical career singing in churches, schools and hotels. He later toured throughout in the Caribbean, Mexico and Japan. After working with EBO Cooper of the well renowned Reggae superstar group "Third World", his original song, " What would I do without you" was produced by a music video which was viewed on the Jamaica Broadcasting Television Station and all around the country. In 1995, Rohan took a step away from the music scene due to the pressures of constant recording and performing while he stayed connected to music, he focused on his personal growth and time to focus of family. In 2001, he returned to music more dedicated and inspired by his life's long passion. This return to music received positive attention, his song, "Love Dog" was featured in the television series " Mysterious Ways" and also was showcased in "Free Spirit". In 2009, " Who am I" was chosen as one of the Top songs from "Hill Top Records" and was featured on their album entitled, "Glory" now in stores. He was also signed as a songwriter with Hill Top Records.
Rohan's musical influences include a wide array of singers from many musical backgrounds. These include: James Ingram, Babyface, Joe Thomas, and Peabo Bryson. You can hear Rohan combines his love for God and beauty into a soulful, spiritual blend of rock, smooth R&B, gospel and reggae with a retro vibe. Recently, " Valley of bones," produced by Tate Music Group will show the potential ability of this new up coming artist with songs that will draw you closer to God.
