Bio
Rollin’ Waters is made up of Barry Burnett and Stephanie Batson. They met in Port Angeles, WA in 2004 when a mutual friend asked them to play in a bluegrass band. Immediately, they noticed that they had very similar tastes in music. They hit it off and started doing some recording in Barry’s home studio. Soon after that, they began regularly attending local jams and open mics. Their popularity grew quickly and soon they were playing all over Port Angeles. It was only a few months before they were playing all over the county.
Barry is a life long musician who is often referred to as “the walking encyclopedia of music”. He knows more about American music and its origins than most people have the brain capacity to retain. Barry is also a phenomenal guitar player and singer. He can go from flat picking a bluegrass tune to playing a lead blues lick without missing a beat!
Stephanie is the powerful and vibrant female vocals in the duo. Her range and voice capabilities are so expansive she can sing many types of music without difficulty and has left her audience in tears, dancing or clapping and whistling with joy. Stephanie also plays some sweet harmonica and rhythm guitar.
Together, Barry & Stephanie have formed unique versions of popular, old timey tunes, blues, jazz and folk songs with soulful harmonies that will knock your socks off!

Rollin’ Waters soon expanded to sometimes playing as a trio or quintet with some of the best musicians on the Peninsula with Tom Svornich on drums and Todd Fisher on bass.
Tom plays and sings with many other groups including The Reflections, Jazz in Blume www.jazzinblume.com , One Night Stand, and smooth jazz artist Lee Pence.
Todd also plays with other groups like, The Delta Rays.
