Unfortunately, money was so tight that the little boy had to be given away & was adopted by a very loving, professional couple. A few years later, in search of a way to feel connected to his birth parents, young Rome took an interest in music
In July 2007 Jerome Rome Logan arrives in Nashville, TN with three thousand dollars and a dream! He immediately spends the entire amount on the recording of his self titled demo. Thanks to the connections of close family friend Robert Pyant, Romes demo lands in the hands of Grand Entertainment executive Joe Meador which leads to a recording session with hit urban music producer Darin D-Roc James.
The combination is remarkable! The two immediately click & began chiseling out Romes debut album with a new sound the duo describe as urban pop. Rome recalls, We recorded so much music for that album, I may never have to write another song in my life.Although hes a fresh face to the recording industry, Rome is no stranger to late nights in the studio. Since the age of 10 he has been recording original music inspired by legends such as Stevie Wonder, Sam Cooke, & Michael Jackson.
Underneath his calm demeanor Rome is an explosive, charismatic entertainer fascinated with using his vivid imagination to amuse audiences all over.
