Bio
THE RON KEARNS QUINTET is a very popular acoustic jazz ensemble based in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. They are much like the pioneer bebop/cool jazz combos of the 1950s and 1960's but include a 21st Century flair. Their main influences include the Miles Davis Sextet, Herbie Hancock's Quintet, Horace Silver and Art Blakey.
