Still working on that hot first release.

Ron Le Bass (Ronle Rouse) born and raised on the beautiful island of St Eustatius was introduced to music at a very young age, growing up in a very musical family. He started to play the bass guitar at the age of 15, and since then it’s been all about the bass.

Ronle started off as a bass player in zouk and soca bands in St. Eustatius and Curacao. Meanwhile Mechanical Engineering Studies brought Ronle to The Netherlands. But after two years it was clear to him: Ronle only wanted to make music. In 2006 he was accepted at the Conservatorium of Rotterdam. Furthermore Ronle started playing for a Tribute to playing Bob Marley and joined Ziggi, Holland's number one reggae artist.

From 2006 till 2009 he has been playing with Ziggi and has played different places throughout Europe. In 2007 he did an European tour with Ziggi as a support show for Gentleman. During this period he also worked with several other groups, such as Imelada, Ali B, GMB, Yes R, Gio , Jeugd van Tegenwoordig just to mention a few.

Since 2008 Ronle studies at the Albeda Musician-Producers College. Here he decided to broaden his musical horizon and specialised in music production, live recordings, mixing, etc.

Currently Ron Le Bass is working on his debut album, which is due april/may 2011. It contains a mix of different styles such as funk, soul , hip hop, r&b, with a clear emphasis on the groove. Some of Holland’s top musicians and vocalists contributed to the songs, such as Alvin Lewis, Patrick Mijnals, Marcus Machado, Blaxtar, Shirma Rouse, Soniq. There even is a surprise guest appearance, but ofcourse that is a surprise...
