Ronnie Jordan: 2011 College Comic of the Year

From the very start funny man Ronnie Jordan has proven that hes a comedy force to be reckoned with. After only a year on the comedy scene, the kid voted Most Wittiest in high school was crowned Rookie of the Year in 2001 by the famed Uptown Comedy Corner in Atlanta.

As one of the countrys hottest up-and-coming comedians Ronnie is quickly making a name for himself as a comics comic who has shared concert dates with stand-up heavyweights Rickey Smiley, Bruce Bruce, Earthquake, Mike Epps, Arnez J. and a host of others. Currently Ronnie has been breaking booking records all over the college scene, at one point doing 102 shows in 110 days.

No stranger to television, Ronnie has been featured on Comic View, as well as host of the successful Atlanta-based video show, Oomp Camp Live. Ronnie has appeared on Bad Boys of Comedy, Jamie Foxx's radio program and recently filmed Martin Lawrence Presents: First Amendment Standup.

When not on stage Ronnie is busy doing his part for his community. He actively participates in the Atlanta Youth Convention, and serves as a mentor to at-risk youth. Being young myself and new to the entertainment industry, I feel I can related to todays youth because I was not too long in their shoes. says Jordan.
