Cycle has built a strong following here in Grand Rapids and with this release they should solidify that reputation, if not gain more momentum. Solid, straight forward rock n roll, Cycle seems to have captured that mix of hard-rock/alt rock typified by bands like Drivin' N Cryin' and The Black Crowes, which isn't an easy balance. With this new CD they should continue to fill their niche and perhaps bring a few new admirers to the fold.
