"Music Allnew"

"ROOM FOR ZERO mixes punk reggae sounds à la The Police with Brit-Rock à la Arctic Monkeys. “Oh Felicia” has all the qualities one knows and appreciates from the up-and-coming band: their own unique, recognizable, exciting and danceable sound and, of course, fun lyrics" - Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany

"Four-piece rock band have not only discovered their charismatic, British rock-like sound, but give their audience a new experience by infusing an excess amount of energy and electrifying solos into their live performances, which brings their fans back to a better time in rock-n-roll. Their dark, riveting, catchy British-rock inspired first single, “Death of Cold” is out now..." -

"Ken Broo"

“I'm hearing The Police, Mark Knopfler... Arctic Monkeys... Talk about guitars that tear it up! Lyrics that come out of Sting's basement! Good, strong, original.” - TV/Radio Personality WLWT / 700WLW

"Jenni Huss"

“If you dig music you can tap your feet to and sing along to (with hooks you can’t help but get stuck in your head)… and tunes that take you in unexpected directions, you’ll love these guys. ROOM FOR ZERO is already making major strides in the Midwest (and in parts of the U.K.) for good reason. These five performers write and reveal pop that feels new and progressive yet is like putting on your favorite pair of jeans… it puts you in a groove that hits that ‘just right’ note and then surprises you with melodic and rhythmic changes that make ROOM FOR ZERO’s music uniquely intoxicating. A talented group of guys, and a lead singer that can actually sing – really sing. I can’t wait to hear what’s next – they have such a super-cool vibe. If you’ve never heard ROOM FOR ZERO before, I recommend ‘My Heart’s a Drum’ being your first click on their website. Check these guys out, and see them rock the stage live on tour when you get a chance. No doubt about it, ROOM FOR ZERO is the real deal.” - Vocalist, Radio Personality WEBN, D.J. WRRM

"Up To Tempo Magazine"

“You guys rock! It reminds me of guitar-driven UK bands like The Kooks and The Libertines.” -

"Willpower Will"

"We love this new indie band from the U.S." - Radio Personality/D.J. Wigan FM, Wigan, UK

"Bobby Sharp"

Hailing from Cincinnati, ROOM FOR ZERO's take on indie rock has quickly pushed the quartet from the shadows of local clubs into the limelight. They have formulated an intoxicating mixture, by distilling The Police's punkish reggae with Arctic Monkey's heavy brit-rock, and adding a twist of anthemic guitar-driven indie rock. The innovative, yet somehow familiar, sounds that have graced the British underground now captivate the band's growing crowds in the American Midwest.

Their overnight success prompted local radio play, and appropriately earned spins on local radio in the UK. Frontman Ian Ford, guitarists Michael Stubbs and Chris Harding, and drummer Aaron Cunningham increased strides to match their exponential rate of success fueled by professional performances that made them resemble a major touring act more than the hometown heroes they were.

Shortly after a debut performance at Bunbury Music Festival, ROOM FOR ZERO hosted an acclaimed underground indie release party, sealing off an introductory year that destined the band for major attention. Performing alongside acts such as Florence + the Machine, Maps and Atlases, LANY, and Of Monsters and Men; ROOM FOR ZERO's captivating performances, and unique American Brit Rock, earned the band the title of "emerging artist to watch".

Their highly anticipated EP, "You Used To Say I'm The Only One" features a riveting short collection of powerful and emotional tracks. The band met with further praise and success, highlighted by the foreboding, yet driving single "Death Of Cold". With promise of a major 2019 release: "Our vision is decisive, and we want to take everyone with us as we grow", says Ford, "If the world wants to hear us, we will play for the world.
