"Northeast In Tune Magazine"

Writer Kathryn Vercillo highlighted two of RP's newest songs as well as Mary Jane from Relationshifts. Of the two new ones she said, “In both of these songs the feeling evoked through the music is one of magical appreciation for simple experiences and human connections, whether or not they work out.” Of Mary Jane, she says it “hints at the depth hidden behind the simple appreciation of his own life.” Rose Parade is “a pleasure to listen to irrelevant of the topic of their songs.”

Bio

Rose Parade is an ongoing musical concept by Gary Eshbaugh with Elliot Wolf. Initially started as Faith in 1993 as a live acoustic duo, their pop, folk, and rock interests led them into broader musical territory in the studio. The pair's influences cover a wide range including The Beatles, Elliott Smith, Sparklehorse, Radiohead, the Cure, and Bob Dylan.
The band mixes up a recipe of pop rock that delivers one tasteful serving after another. Rose Parade is all about the song, and places ego second to their art.
