In an effort to distinguish itself, Roundabout Way has taken a fresh sense of dignity and pride in defining its sound. By considering each and every detail of its product, the band has been driven by desire to elevate the quality of their music.

After the release of their first independent album, Passer By, in March of 2002, the group quickly endeavored to structure a live act to partner with its studio product. After performing a flurry of shows throughout the spring and fall of that year, Roundabout Way took a step back to assess its recent accomplishments and weigh its alternatives. In the end, a simple and inevitable conclusion awaited, thus the band began its next step forward.

Since its self-imposed retreat, Roundabout Way has developed something unique and extraordinary, a model of exactly what it takes to make a rock band truly rock. Over the two year break, the members spent excessive time and energy dismantling and reconstructing their songs and sound, as well as composing new material to add to their repertoire. The result was a more focused product, and the edgier, fuller sound that they had been longing for. In searching for themselves, Roundabout Way auditioned nearly 100 singers, finally discovering the vocalist that could bring musical and emotional cohesiveness to the band. After more than two years of tireless, disciplined work, Roundabout Way is ready to take the stage, front and center.

After overcoming the aches and pains of growing up as a musical entity, Roundabout Way is ready to embrace the rock music world. In an attempt to offer an entertaining product , the band has taken the time to develop a sound, style and image relevant to its audience. With the final package assembled, Roundabout Way intends to deliver.
