Route 6 is a three piece band which originally started out as a part of Third Rail. As band members moved away and allowed their influences to grow, the band became who they are today. Denny's influences grew as he got inspired by Island music while he lived in the Caribbean. Tony's musical influences grew while he was living in Arizona playing originals and cover's with the band See-Through Sally. Pepi's influences come from Croatian and Gypsy music. All of these individuals grew collectively to form Route 6, whose musical sound has no borders. A unique sound with multiple influences. We feel that our music represents a simple, feel good sound, that is missing from most of today's music. We would like to go back to the Roots of what music was all about. Route 6 is currently in the studio recording collectively as a group, without cutting any individual tracks, and performing around Cleveland, Ohio.
