Rové, is leaving her mark on the R&B/Neo – Soul music scene as a fresh, exciting, and up-and-coming singer/songwriter. Heavily influenced by her Southern roots, Rové has a soulful, yet eclectic style that captivates audiences time and time again. She blends funk, soul, and R&B to create her unique, explosive sound.

Originally from rural Lake City, South Carolina, Rové now lives and performs in Boston, MA. She learned the art of performing at the young age of 5 years old and developed her stage presence by performing in elementary school productions, and in her church’s choir, covering music genres from Gospel to Broadway. “I want listeners to feel every note, every rhythm and visual,” says Rové, “Music can evoke so many different emotions. I want to touch my audience, to the point where they develop their own songs within.” She has since performed on many stages all over the country, most recently, along sides with Carmichael, opening for the 2009 Boston Hair Show, and for Tony Terry in Boston.

"She has a real edgy style and a lot of energy that makes her impossible not to like" says R&B Music Producer Kofi Owusu-Ofori. “The first time I heard her sing, it sent chills up my spine…she has a stage presence that captivates any audience…she is a star,” he continued.
