Stolen Moments

Written By: Roxanne & Topher

I tried not steal
I tried not to touch
So strange that I keep finding myself here

You say you’ve been there
But then you’ve been everywhere
So strange to think you’d wanna be here too

Chorus:
These moments in the dark
Could I kiss your lips hard enough to break your chains?
Stolen moments in your arms
If I touched you now, would you be set free?

I tried not to breath you in
I tried not to hold you tight
So strange that I still wanted you so much

I tried not to care
I tried not to call your name
So strange to think I’d give it all to you

I tried not to tell the truth
I tried not to think it’s fate
Could this be exactly where I’m supposed to be?

I tried not to see your tears
I tried not to feel your pain
So strange that you kept holding me that way

I didn’t want your hands to hold my head
I didn’t want your kisses on my face
I didn’t want to hear your heart speed up
I didn’t want my own to break

Didn’t run my fingers through your hair
I didn’t stop to lock the door
Didn’t let my lips linger cuz
I knew tomorrow I’d want more

Here

Written By: Roxanne

Here -
The only one left here.
This place we built together
Where both our hearts were

Not as strong as it’d begun
Still shines as brightly as the sun
My heart still cares
I still care for you

The only that one mattered
Who used to wipe away my tears
You’re no longer here.

Here -
They only found a shell
Friends’ voices searched now gone
But linger like a song

Not as strong as it’d begun
It still beats out like a drum
My heart still hopes
I still have hope

Right Here -
The only one left here.
This place we built together
Where both our hearts were

Not as strong as I once was
You stay with me like a drug
I still love you
I’ll always love you right here.

So sorry I let you down
My defeat was my own fear
Now you’re not here

Not as strong as I once was
You stay with me like a drug
My heart still cares
I’ll always care here.

Right here.

Rewind

Written By: Roxanne

Well here it is-I can’t see it
This is it- can’t be
This is me-I can’t see it
This is it
Can’t you see?
Can’t you see?
This is

Oh oh oh-oh oh-oh oh oh

This is it-Can’t see it
This is it-Can’t believe
This is me-can’t be
This is it
Can’t you see?
Can’t you see?

This isn’t me

Let me out of here
Rewind, rewind
I’m not supposed to be here

This is love-And it’s first
This is hate-It’s the curse
This is birth-And it’s free
This is death-You pay the fee

This is
Oh oh oh-oh oh-oh oh oh
This is
Oh oh oh-oh oh-oh oh oh

This is not my life
Rewind, rewind.
I'm not supposed to be here

Take it Like a Man

Written By: Roxanne

Spare my existence, baby
-Take that advice
A convent of sisters raised me
Oh-oh

Deprived me of men all my days
-Must stay pure
But a rebel flame burned out my name
Uh-oh

Now I'm just having fun
-A virgin with a gun

Take it like a man
Make you my bitch
Take it like a man
I quit the chicks so
Take it like a man
Strapping young dicks should
Take it like a man

Spare my addictions, baby
-Just this one vice
You know the hormones made me
Oh-oh

So I'm just having fun
With virgins and a gun

Take it like a man
I need my fix so
Take it like a man
I made the switch
Take it like a man
Yeah, it may pinch but
Take it like a man

I don't want 'em anymore
Show the winches to the door
Line the boys up on the right
I'll pick who I'll have tonight

Show Me a Sign

Written By: Roxanne

Don’t say the time is over now
I’ve seen this all before
We’ll get through it anyway/somehow
Just lead and I’ll follow

We both know it’s not the end
How solid can a plan really be?
When things can’t always go smooth?
Action yields reaction

Chorus:
Show me a sign
I’ll give you some time
So we know it’s right

We just have one life to live
And don’t want to get this wrong
Doubts are building within our heads
But one day we’ll both be gone

Stumbling towards destiny
Making moves that are wrong
Stumbling towards destiny
Making moves that are wrong

Can’t say our time is over now
We’ve seen this all before
We’ll get through it anyway/somehow
I’ll lead if you follow

Done Enough

Written By: Roxanne

Old woman lies in her hospital bed
Her children gather to hear what she said
She said “Enough”

I've done enough
I've done enough
Done enough, I’ve done enough

Life is tough
I’ve done enough
Done enough, I’ve done enough

Innocent man on the row of death pulls his lawyer aside,
Says with a heavy breath “Give it up”

I’ve done enough
I’ve done enough
Done enough, I’ve done enough

Had enough of this stuff
I’ve done enough
Done enough, I’ve done enough

Like the end of the day when you just wanna sleep,
You’ve had a long life.
You know what you need
Give it up

You’ve done enough
You’ve done enough
Done enough, you’ve done enough

Life is rough
You’ve done enough
Done enough, you’ve done enough
