Created in a basement January of 2013, Royal Vasa first took the stage January 4th and instantly gained Akron’s attention. Built up with its members Austin Maruna, Brad Carley and Brian Piper, they search for the unique sound, innovative tones and original concepts that will change the idea of music.
With some old building blocks from the trio's previous band Roscoe, the three wanted a new start to this newly designed music. Gaining inspiration from their favorite artists and songwriters, they started writing a record that would lift the band to new heights.
Royal Vasa recently went into the studio and recorded their debut EP "Wolves". Already gaining a great deal of buzz, the EP will be available for purchase at the end of May.
