The best kept secret in music
Press
This hot new single from Roys Iron DNA presents with me something like Unkle fronted by that Editors fella. Electro drums to loud ambient 'scapes - it starts as an electro beat before climaxing with some ace drums, finishing off into mellow ambience. Wonderful.
Record Collector praises them with "This is A VERY interesting band…", and I can only agree! - Velvet Grooves www.velvetgrooves.co.uk
Ever heard of a band called Roy's Iron DNA? I thought not. However in a few
years time you might have wished you had. They have recently released a
very interesting single on clear vinyl: Reason b/w Men in Wax Jackets, and
this has collectability written all over it. Roy's Iron DNA have
successfully blended musical ideas from the psychedelic 60's, the punk era,
right through to contemporary electronica. This is a VERY interesting band - Record Collector (www.recordcollector.co.uk)
NME -
"Classy trip-hop at its darkest... Ace single 'Reason' is out
right now on super-sexy clear vinyl." - NME
" a rougher slightly threatening
Beta Band - heavy on the beats, strong on the air of mystery... the
soundtrack to a trip worth taking." - Is This Music?
" single of the year" - The Fly Magazine -
"this is music for toasting yourself after a heavy night in Ibiza. Great with headphones, it lifts you off and gently deposits you in a bed filled with soothing aftersun." - Daily Record -
