In September 2008, Ryan Johnson (Rian Sun) conceptualized a vision to build a team of songwriters dedicated to changing the face and sound of the music industry. Combining the names of her musician siblings, Ryan Sarah and Kevin, RSKit, the name was born. With only a dream and a catchy name, Johnson founded RSKit Music Group. Not long after conception, Shana-Gay Jones (Jaye Major) and Genae Marie Franklin (Genae Marie) joined Ryan to complete the all-star team. They all obtained degrees in Music from Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga., attributing to the desirous quality of all three women being studied and well versed in music. With friendships spanning over 10 years, these ladies know dedication and loyalty. Combining clever lyrics, catchy melodies, and dynamic harmonies, this trio has formed a cutting edge sound destined to transform popular music as we know it. While building quality relationships and cultivating them with great music, RSKit Music Group is determined to be the most sought after and respected song writing team in the world!
