Rue Melo, born and raised in Paris, France to an artistic multicultural family eminates raw talent in English, French and Spanish. Her mother a dancer of French descent, her father an accomplished singer and guitarist from Uruguay, Rue Melo is a fearless, and natural artist.
Rue is joined by guitarist Claudio Tomasello, bassist Bryan Bush, and drummer Idris al-Mutazz Tate. Writing her own lyrics and melodies, Rue Melo’s soulful voice and witty lyrics produce a unique sound that touches popular, world and urban music.
