Rundabund is a solo live electronica act from Vilnius. Ranging from experimental ambient to melancholic techno to organic lo-fi house to oriental organic house to wonky synthwave to hard EBM and heavy disco, Rundabund explores various aspects of the cyclical and evolutionary aspects of music and the sound itself.
Rundabund performance is always live, harnessing the power of several hardware sequencers, analog and digital synthesizers, controllers (some of which obscure and custom made), and even some acoustic instruments. A classically trained pianist and a professional electronics engineer combines his musical and technical interests in an energetic performance balancing between synchronized oscillations and undulations and the chaotic nature of overdriven electronic and acoustic circuits.
