Rusty Nail

Rusty Nail is a 7 piece band from St. Louis, Missouri that is composed of quite a diverse instrumentation. 2-bands in one, our acoustic instruments alone (Mandolin, Dulcimer, Accordion, Banjo, Fiddle and Irish Flute/Tin Whistle give us the Folk inspired background. We mix that with a Thunderous rhythm section of Bass and Drums and the dirty crunch of electric guitar and we become a full force Rock explosion!

We make amped up Irish Folk Rock with songs about Drinking, Booze, Beer and a little mischief, designed to be a great soundtrack for any listener's alcohol fused party! This is real music played by real musicians and we are confident that there is something for everyone in our music.

Taking influence from traditional Irish Folk legends, The Clancy Brothers and The Dubliners and mixing it with the modern and punk rock excitement of The Pogues, The Tossers and Flogging Molly, our music adds our own stamp to the rich tradition of these artists that we love!
