Bio
Ryan was bitten by the acting bug at a very young age. That bug was carrying a virus that caused his glands to swell, cutting off blood supply to the hormone that provides normal people with the capability to do productive things in society. Faced with few future career options and the need to avoid having the crap beaten out of him, he turned to the arts. It began innocently - dressing up in silly costumes and doing lip-sync performances.
A fondness for theatre grew, and soon Ryan knew all the words to Les Miserables. Naturally his family thought he was just gay, so they were very surprised to find out that he was not only straight, but actually beginning down the performer's road. It was a profession that ran in the family. His mother, an acclaimed Actor, and his father, an Actor/Playwright, reacted to Ryan's new career path lovingly:
Who is going to pay for us to retire when the time comes?
Ryan then told his parents not to worry. Maybe Jason (his brother) might still turn out to become an accountant or doctor. Just then Jason walked in and said that he was going to school to be a writer. The parents cried and blamed Ryan. Now, years later he is a working actor and touring comedian.
