Bio
Ryan Henry has had an extremely eclectic background when it comes to music. He has been involved in projects and bands that have covered everything from a cappella music to rock, folk to R&B, including the bands Drowning Jonah and Tried By Fire - both on a regional level. His first effort "Slice of Grace," shows Ryan's versatility as well as solid song-writing and instrumental skills. His sophomore release, "The Beautiful Brokenness," was released on August 23rd, 2009. In the album, Ryan is exploring faith and brokenness, addiction and forgiveness, and the beautiful, mysterious ways of our creator.
As of late, Ryan has been spending the majority of his time working on acoustic covers. His acoustic sets include everything from James Taylor to Jason Mraz, and from Louis Armstrong to Michael Jackson. Ryan brings a professionalism to the craft of both playing guitar and singing. His style is perfect for the laid back audience and he is able to play in any genre.
