Ryan McPherson

Ryan McPherson is a twenty-four year old singer/songwriter who resides just outside Denver, Colorado. Ryan, having been a devoted Beatles fan his entire life, Decided to pick up the guitar only two years ago and has been an unstoppable song writer ever since. Thanks to his talent for writing radio-friendly pop-rock songs that connect with audiences with the very first listen, his songs have been featured on various Denver radio stations.

A songwriter lead by personal experiences and raw emotions, Ryan has a flair for writing catchy songs that leave the listener moved with a sense of connection. Although his roots are firmly placed in Rock and Blues, he draws inspiration from many different lyrical and musical influences.

Music is not a new passion for Ryan however: It became apparent to him at the tender age of 8 while wearing out a video of the Beatles movie “A Hard Days Night” that music is what he wanted to do with his life. As a teen he was involved in many musical performances, including performing Solo at his High School graduation. He also joined several different bands as both Drummer and Vocalist before starting his own band a year ago, 2:10 Special, where he is vocalist, rhythm guitarist and primary song writer.

Now, like the inspiration for his bands name, Ryan has the drive and determination of a freight train. He is hoping to follow in the foot steps of his influences and icons of the industry like: John Lennon, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Justin Hayward, and Johnny Cash. Based on the reception of his past and latest works, the future looks promising!
