Background
Formed in 2011 by Hugh O’Carroll and Evan Grace, Mendocino’s debut album, The Steep Ravine was received to critical acclaim. Later that year, they were joined by Welsh singer song writer, Ryland Teifi who himself had released an equally acclaimed album, Last of the Old Men. Their convergence would see a blending of their celtic folk/country music which now forms the unique sound of Mendocino.
