sable island met on an orange school bus on a cold winter's evening about ten years ago. He had frosted tips and was listening to his walkman. And she was drawing hearts on the frosted windows and listening to the snow. They’ve always had a lot in common, that’s why they started creating together… they write music about children playing in river beds, night time lullabies, grizzly bears and being younger than yesterday. This is sable island's first shy attempt at showing the world what they love, and so with much joy and cheer they come offering what they know as honesty and what you’ll know as songs… if you know the words or think you might, they’d love it if you sang along.
