Bio
The short story? Zelda Nera & Anneke Lemmer met in 1994 at Zelda's 1st CD release. They instantly clicked and started performing and writing together. In Jan'99 they immigrated to the US (CA), to pursue their music on an international level. While on this pursuit, they've had many adventures, including being homeless and living in a storage room with holes in the roof. At one point they were living at a friend's house and sleeping in the studio on a mattress; surrounded by gear.
In 2004 they met Sean Taylor(drums)and Pasqualle DeRosa (Electric guitar) and started working together on their new project. Zelda & Anneke have been involved in various indie projects over the years and are finally launching their own project under the bandname "Sacred Desire" in 2008.
In these songs, they share the emotions of what they've experienced on their journey and what they've learned so far.
