SacrificE + Bliss

SacrificE and Bliss are the sense-tempting endeavour of Roger Hany, Jk Lucy, Samantha Regen, and Loic Lucilly. Formed late in 2011, the band was founded in London when friends Roger and Jk decided to start writing together. After the break up of previous band "Sysiphean" Roger was living with his girlfriend Samantha in a van outside Jk's place on Freedom st. It wasn't until Jk had finished he's A-levels that he begun to drop in. They soon started playing local pubs, when they moved to Brixton and started writing and recording. Loic joined the band for their first gig at the Windmill. They create an ethnotronic noise-scape of a primeval stature. Mythologically driven, blasting out of the Brixton village back drop, they compose a form of electronic music that celebrates the spirit of story and culture as well as exploring the boundaries of existence and the other. Raw classical texture fused with synth-punk, pounding drum and bass breaks. and soaring medieval vocal crossed with brittle guitars.
