SAINT BOURBON are a crossbred country/folk/rock band creating music in the heart of West Cork.
Formed in Septemeber 2007, after Tobs returned from his adventures in Australia with a pocketful of songs.He gathered together a collective of friends. Tobs and Fear Beag had previously been in bands together. While recruiting Sam and Sonny came with time.
Sam has spent his entire existence sharing memories with some of music’s greats. His Dad runs the musical opus of Connolly’s of Leap. Here the four musicians planted the seeds which eventually provided the malt for ‘SAINT BOURBON’.
Similarly, Sonny’s musical interest come from his Dad, who drummed with Noel Redding (ex-Jimi Hendrix) for many years.
Tobs have spent many of his years walking on a solo path which has taken him on a journey of awards and TV appearances.
Fear Beag is the creative soul in the audio and visual elements of SB.
