Bio

There are people who follow trends and there are those that set them. Since first bursting out of the Dallas club scene, Chris Osborne has been in the latter category, emerging as one of Texas’ most anticipated singer/songwriters. In 2003, Chris was brought front and center stage when he received international critical acclaim from the Nashville Songwriter’s Association, Country Music Television and the Gershwin family for his song Leave Me Alone.

That’s just where the story of this singer/songwriter/guitarist gets started. Chris was also featured on Mars Music Record’s September 11th, 2001 commemorative compilation CD, Band Together – Artists Unite, benefiting the victims of this tragedy with the likes of Eric Clapton, Seven Channels (now The Vanished), Seven Mary Three, The Spin Doctors, and Peter Frampton.

“Make note of the name Chris Osborne, you’ll be hearing it a lot in the near future! From hard rockin’ numbers to emotional ballads, this guy does it all and does it well! Chris has great, strong vocals and never goes out of key. There is a lot of great music coming from this guy, and I have enjoyed everything that I have heard from him.” Says Dixie Beasley of Harder Beat Magazine. Sentiments like this have put Chris on the stage with such acts as Elton John, Nickleback, Default, Blue October, Sugarbomb, Canvas, Ratt, and Andy Timmons just to name a few.

Now, in his first serious national musical endeavor, Chris “OZZ” Osborne is launching his most ambitious creation to date: Saints and Saviors, an amazing new rock group determined to get themselves and their music into the hearts and minds of fans everywhere.

In early 2006, Chris joined forces with Dallas-Fort Worth guitarist Billy Johnson. This personification of guitar for the practicing musician, Billy has a no-nonsense approach to the guitar as well as the music he performs. It is his modest student of the game mentality that has transformed him into the serious, intense guitarist and musician that he is today.

With the guitar, Billy is a bit elusive, hard to read. One can never really assess his true talent and capabilities with a guitar until its exposed on the stage to his ravenous fans. Armed with his Gibson Les Paul and flawless backing vocals, he is a large piece of the foundation of this band’s destiny of music greatness.

Along with Billy came the third addition to Saints and Saviors, bassist Mike Patton. Mike has made a name for himself in the rock circles as the, in the pocket and flashy when I want to be bassist. Also from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he was influenced by such greats as Nikki Sixx, Chuck Rainey, and the late Cliff Burton.

Mike is also no stranger to the stage and insatiable crowds. It was these crowds that served as a sounding board where he honed his craft to become the menacing bass player he is today.

The final member of this power band came to fruition about a year later, drummer Wayne 15. Wayne has received praise from critics all across the world including Europe and Japan as well as in America.

Wayne has spent countless hours on the road, stage, and in studios with several well known acts such as Poison, Pretty Boy Floyd, Faster Pussycat, and Kansas City Faggots just to mention a few. Wayne has come to be known for hitting hard and playing with flash.

With their tight chemistry, spellbinding riffs, and haunting lyrics that stay with you for hours after the show has ended, Saints and Saviors is the show critics and fans will be talking about for the next decade and beyond. Get ready to experience true music.
