Bio
Greatly inspired by Jeff Buckley and Joni Mitchell, Samantha molds her influences and her own style together into a very unique sound. Nominated for Songwriting and Performance in her 2nd year of Music Industry Arts, she is now starting to receive more public recognition. Receiving the most nominations for Artist of the Year and Singer/Songwriter for the 2006 London Music Awards, Samantha was given a spot at the Canadian Music Week Festival in Toronto where for the Scene Magazine Showcase. Although she enjoys playing solo, Samantha is also looking forward to forming a band to add more texture to her music. Now a Music Industry Arts graduate, Samantha is mixing her education along with her passion for singing/songwriting to further pursue her career in music.
