Bio

Sometimes, when you want something bad enough, you just have to do it yourself. If you need a lesson in determination, Same Sick Feeling can teach you a thing or two. Three years ago, Andy Armstrong (Vocals) and Vinny Cisneros (Lead Guitar) started writing songs in a basement somewhere in Kansas. Due to the limitations of living in such a small town, the duo decided to move to Des Moines, Iowa. After some serious reconstructive surgery the two friends emerged from the dust with a few new faces, adding Drake Hendrix (Bass/Vocals), Ryan Perry (Guitar/Vocals), Josh Putney (Synth/Vocals), and Nick Talley (Drums/Bomb Making) to the cast. Armed with a strong work ethic, a thirst for promotion and an arsenal of great songs, Same Sick Feeling possess all the skills necessary to really break out.

In summer of 2008 the SSF released their first self-titled EP which they recorded, produced, and released themselves. They immediately hit the road, and haven’t looked back since. In January of 2009 the band again secluded themselves in their home Studio (Studio!Studio!) just outside of Des Moines, Iowa to put the finishing touches on their highly anticipated debut album “Tommorrow is the Day We Fight Back,” due out early Spring. With an entire summer packed full of touring, there has, and will be no slowing down for Same Sick Feeling in 2009. Consider yourself warned.
