Bio
Samuel Ryd Gustafson, also known by his stage name: "Sammy Ryd", is the lead singer of Sammy Ryd and the MAD Villains. Sammy has performed at multiple venues, including the House of Blues, The Loft, Palace Theater, Six Flags, NAMM Show, Curtain Club, etc. The other band members add to the project. Paulo Calomeni, electric guitarist, is an experienced jazz artist and adds that flavor to every song. AJ Aquinto, our drummer, is a quick learning experienced drummer who understands the story and the foundations of each song we do. Our bassist, Andrew VanHausen, has vast experienced and has been in a plethora of bands and shows that experiences when he performs. We have many originals like Free Love and Blu Tuesday that the crowd really connects to. We try and make every performance a theatrical performance, so even the smallest of audiences are amazed.
