Bio
Samuel Young is from the North Texas Hills in the tiny town of Saint Jo. He was born and raised in the area where he was brought up around country and bluegrass music predominately. Being a son to two musicians Samuel was exposed to wide array of music. From funk, singer/songwriter, classic rock, all the way to classical his music roots run deep. Samuel started performing solo shows at the beginning of his career and now has a full band to boot. His mix of country, bluegrass, and Americana have melded in to what some are calling "Funktry".
