Clearly raised on a diet of Damien Rice and other such soft acoustic rockers, Samuel has honed a likeable style, as shown in 'Young Boys Eyes', which drifts along nicely. The pace picks up somewhat with 'Smiling Now', which is a very good track. Samuel clearly has talent, and is helped with the addition of bass and drums in 'Like I See You', which, while still boasting the good voice that is the centre point of his style. This shows promise, and with more recordings and live shows to further enhance his style, i can see Samuel being one of the most likeable performers around Leicester" -

I originally started writing for songs for school drama productions at age 14, since then I developed my style into acoustic based singer/songwriter music. I have recently entered the UK songwriting contest and two songs reached semi final stages and I recieved local press publications and a BBC radio interview and song play. My influences vary but stem from such artists as David Ford, Ray Lamontagne, Damien Rice, Bob Dylan, Oasis, Nirvana, James Blunt. I also play percussion in a band called 'Cherry and the orchestra'. We are supporting Nomad Jones on the 12th December in Derbyshire and have also recieved radio play and played at the Acoustic gathering festival in North Yorkshire.
