Since 2001, Sam Castell-Ward has been a musician, from when he picked up his Dad's Spanish guitar aged 13 Sam progressed to work both as a solo artist and in various bands, playing alongside acts including Alabama 3; Hamster and members of Cradle Of Filth and My Vitriol.

Through his work, Sam has developed a sound expressive of his self, influenced highly by progressive and classic rock, but rules out no style.
Sam is also capable of writing more commercial songs for exploitation and has played in a number of successful cover bands; such as Phoenix, previously Legacy and Taxi.

CD - 'Transport' was released on April 19th 2010, following Sam's 2007 'Separate Chance' album and 2008's 'On A Ship To Peacefulness'.

Sam has also worked in fields such as radio; comedy; acting and poetry; presenting and writing jingles for 'The End of the Weekend Show' on Time FM throughout 2008 and appearing in the upcoming film: 'Playing The Moldovans at Tennis'.
