Bio

Born on October 12, 1992 in Clearwater, Florida.

Made her first appearance on the stage at the age of 2 as the alien baby in the British play Mutatis Mutandis and spoke her one line, "Hello Daddy! Where's Mommy?" without mishap!

At 4, she joined the Clearwater Performing Arts Club and performed in the environmental musical play, Assignment Earth singing solo in the song, "Driving Miss Lazy"...

The following year, she was in St. Patrick's Day - A Great Day for the Irish. She also joined Bunny Ott's Dance Studio and later Tudero's. She performed in both school's annual shows in the years '97, '98 and '99.

While 5, she joined Fred Astaire's ballroom dance studio and obtained honors in two match point contests, also participating in the Awards Ball. Sandy performed in Florida Youth Ballet's, Mary Poppins at the Tampa Bay Performing Art's Theatre and the Ruth Eckerd Hall's presentations of Chocolate Nutcracker in '98 and '99. She was also a member of Kid's On Stage for a Better World who present programs at various venues.

When Sandy was 6, she started gymnastics at the Clearwater Morningside Rec and in the summer of '99, joined Gidget Cross's Musical Theatre Workshop and the song and dance troupe known as Pizazz in which she featured as one of the leading junior solo singers, performing in shows in and around the Bay area. With Gidget Cross she has also been in the shows, Big, The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, The Fabulous '50's, The Randsoming of Red Chief and the TV Holiday Spectacular. She joined in The Story Teller's presentation of Sleeping Beauty at various locations, playing and singing for the first time in an adult group.

Sandy's big test came when The Clearwater Performing Art's Club presented her in a twenty minute solo song program at Clearwater's Winter Wonderland. The audience was amazed at this tiny little girl's stage presence, personality, maturity and sweet voice.

Since then, she has been a regular performer at local clubs and restaurants (Varsity Sports Club, Bilmar Beach Hotel, Lugnuts, Mugs & Jugs) singing songs from different genres (latest pop, country, boogie woogie, ballads, rock & roll, disco, traditional and Broadway).

She loves singing and the audiences of all ages are enthralled with her sweet, natural, silvery voice.

Currently, 2005, she is a vocalist and trombonist with Sonny LaRosa and America's Youngest Jazz Band
