Since Sandy Spady's "Million to one" landed on our desk, we must have been listening to it a million times... and we still couldn't pick our favorite mix as they are all simply outstanding. Sandy Spady blesses us with her heartfelt unmistakable vocals on this marvelous production - make no mistake this highly talented lady is going to be a future diva. Jonny Montana & Craig Stewart provide sheer musical bliss with their trademark organic jazzy rework, while Black Sonix (Justin Stride) contributes both a relentlessly deep Afro flavored tech-soul journey and a timeless old skool interpretation. Filin Brake delivers two uber cool mixes taking the song to deepest grounds, while Tony Loreto serves a peak time favorite destined to destroy the dance floors with killer keys and a resistless groove. - Spirit of House
Colin Sales is first up on this excellent package with more mixes than you can shake a stick at. Colin has yet again proved why he is one of Scotland’s finest up and coming producers at the moment with this piano led mix that oozes quality with the fine vocal performance from Sandy Spady who sang on the unmistakable Killing Me and also Forgive Me. The vocal on this easily surpasses the previous tracks Sandy has worked on and Colin makes her sound amazing he really has produced so far his best work, and as well as this he has also given us an Instrumental as well.
Next up is Fresh with three mixes, a Deep, a and also Minimo mix and a Minimo Dub. The Deep mix starts with a very edgy key section with a very Funky sounding bassline that has just a little bit of an electro feel to it, next is the Minimo mix that is really stripped down and only the necessary elements remain like the very sexy vocal as well as the hypnotic bass that really draws you in. Finally from Fresh is the Minimo Dub, this mix reminds me of very earl Dish Dish and Presence stuff, very moody House with plenty of atmospheric effects.
Soul Cartel are up next with a monster remix that has one of the finest piano breakdowns I have heard this year, it a cross between Soul Central, Grant Nelson and early Soul Avengers stuff. This mix works extremely well on this track and the slightly tougher version will be ideal for starting off the mainroom. Next is the Joio Sexy Dub and this mix does exactly what it says on the tin, a nice Sexy workout with an electro organ and a very early sounding Deep House beat that has to be one of the finest mixes on the package. Finally on this extremely good package is the Original mix that has a totally different take on the other mixes, very commercial sounding very that will no doubt do well in the clubs. (Antony Angell)

The Coxx production sound, forged with partner Alias Rhythm, is based on the simple concept of bringing New York house bang up to date. So far, they're doing just fine; last year's 'Soulgasm Sessions' on Strictly Rhythm was a solid introduction, and 'Everything', once more featuring vocalist Sandy Spady, fulfills the promise. Spady's slightly operatic voice affords a nice touch of individuality, and the overall production is a little like Naked Music goes electronic for 2010. We always thought that Brian Coxx earned his nickname, the Wizard, via his deck sets at the weekly Soulgasm soiree. But it seems he has the magic touch in the studio as well. The general vibe here is nothing revolutionary—it’s basically deep, deeeeep electronic house with a soulful edge—but Coxx, who’s making his recording debut, pulls it off with a subtle, almost glacial restraint that often takes years to acquire. All three tracks (and various mixes) are radiant, especially “Killing Me,” featuring Sandy Spady on the mike—it’s vocal house at its dreamiest.

Sandy Spady's upbringing in Virginia as the daughter of a pastor may have seemed like a perfect beginning to a successful career as an R&B artist, which is how Spady first began in music--starting off as a lead vocalist in Black Voices, a 100 + member gospel ensemble and forming her owned R&B and jazz a cappella group called First Class.
She went on to work with notable producers such as David Anthony, (Britney Spears, Janet Jackson) and Vada Nobles (Faith Evans, Lauren Hill), and writing songs for Indian pop/R&B artist Rushma, and Sumeet, a Canadian born Indian R&B artist who released a critically acclaimed album "Deeper."
Spady, however, is hitting her stride these days lending her soulful vocals and creative songwriting to House and Electronica music, where she is steadily gaining a name for herself. Her vocals and songwriting are showcased in the songs "Killing Me" and "Forgive Me" released in the May 2009 Strictly Rhythm Music EPK, The Wizard Brian Cox ft Sandy Spady – Soulgasm Sessions, Vol I., and was specifically singled out by Bruce Tantum of Time Out New York's review, who raves: "All three tracks (and various mixes) are radiant, especially “Killing Me,” featuring Sandy Spady on the mike—it’s vocal house at its dreamiest.” Spady's song “Killing Me” was also featured on the popular Defected In the House Ibizia 09 compilation and “Forgive me” was on the Bargrooves Summer Session II compilation.
In January 2010, she released “Your Heart Is Calling You” on Daddy Funk Records, which is already generating excitement with critics and fans. Some of House's finest producers are coveting her talents, including The Wizard Brian Cox, who is collaborating with her on another set of songs that should hit the airwaves this year. Spady is a true professional--she takes her craft seriously and can write with the best of them, while possessing a voice that recollects the legendary Toni Braxton. Her recent noteworthy forays in the House and Electronic music scene are only the beginning sparks of what is sure to be a white hot career as a versatile singer/songwriter.
