Bio

The band was formed in 2005 with Aldo Comas. After various concerts where they achieved a growing (and excellent) reputation, they released an ep with four tracks called ‘Pink Butterfly’, although, once again, it has been Myspace the true promotional tool which helped the name.

When it came to recording their debut album, the band wanted to do things right. So, in the summer of 2007 they went to Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) to work with the Spanish Albini, Paco Loco. With him, they recorded the 15 songs (one of these a fantastic cover of Bob Dylan) in “Love, Lust & A Bit Of Champagne” (Sinnamon Records, 08). The bands live show will also vary with various formats on stage – the whole band or part of the band, and we might even see Paco Loco make a special appearance in special occasions – in concerts which promise to be a great show. The record is full of great songs, they have chosen for their first single the addictive “Beautiful”, a great look (Many spanish artists called them “the most stylish band in Spain”), and a more than justified confidence in themselves, it is quite clear that (EGM) are going to set tongues wagging.

They've toured as a support band of Ian Brown's Spanish Tour. They've played Summercase Festival (Blondie, The Verve, Interpol, Maximo Park, Primal Scream.....etc....). EGM has been on the top 5 MTV list for around 6 months thanks to their succesfull videoclip 'Beautiful'.
