Beginning of 2000. In the south of (South) América, Santiago Neto came onto the musical scene, singing a mix of Portuguese and Spanish the Portunish a dialect which is spoken in the borders of Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Now, with 'Los Misionerotrónicos' he combines bolero, rock, milonga (typical southern Brazilian music) and reggae in an irreverent concert that puts the South American Latin-like Pop music on display. Remarkably predictable. Intelligently ignorant. Peacefully desperate. Coldly visceral.
