Bio
“Colors – Story of a girl who wanted to record an album” is the debut album of Sara Jane Ceccarelli, versatile Italian-Canadian singer already known to the public as front woman for the Med Free Orkestra (www.medfreeorkestra.com) and the Italian National Young Talents Jazz Orchestra, and recently backing-vocalist in the album "Amore e Furto - De Gregori sings Bob Dylan" of one of the most famous Italian folk singers. Considering her acoustic past, this debut album is quite unexpected and the result is a blend of North American folk-pop and contemporary British electronics. On stage with her there is pianist and multi-instrumentalist Luigi Di Chiappari, right-arm man in this project, Paolo Ceccarelli, brother, guitarist & long-time music partner, Andrea Guastadisegni, cutting-edge sound designer who just moved back from London and Giulia Pallota, one of the most well-known roman vj. Get ready for an unconventional live performance that will get the crowd moving in an unexpected audio/visual experience.
