Bio

Sasho Zver is an internationally recognized guitar player from Slovenia. Regarded as one of the top European fingerstyle guitar players, Sasho has played gigs all over Europe – UK, Belgium, Hungary, Austria, Italy, Croatia, as well as in his home country of Slovenia. Sasho has made several appearances in the United States in Nashville, TN and Boston, MA, with more performances coming up this summer in California and Tennessee.

Throughout his career Sasho has played with many renowned musicians: Tommy Emmanuel, Pete Huttlinger, Dave Goodman, Mike Brosnan, K’Passa, Lasse Johansson and Woody Mann, to name a few.

Two-time Guiness world record holder (2007 and 2008), for the “Longest concert by multiple artists”, Sasho has recorded two albums: “Music from Black and White Times” (Jazz And Blues Records, September 2007) – arrangements of Slovenian pop songs from 1950’s; and an upcoming album “Guitar Tales” – recorded in Nashville, TN.

Sasho is currently studying guitar at Berklee College of Music with Jon McGann, James Kelly and Bruce Saunders. Finally, the new record release date is set for March 16th. The CD is available through Sasho’s Official Website www.sashozver.com
