Bio

In 2007, Theo and Allen, out of school and with no "real" direction in life, began jamming together in a music school Theo was teaching in. They played there with some friends for a good year until Arthur heard "Melancholy Holly", a song written by Theo and finally decided that music might be a good career choice. With things becoming more serious, Allen bought his own drum set to practice with. Unfortunately it stayed in Theo's basement for awhile as there was no room in Allen's house. In spring of 2008 the three amigos moved the set into the basement of Allen's new house and spent the summer practicing some songs. Near the end of the year they auditioned for Much Music's Disband television show and qualified to be featured in an episode. Filming ending in January 2009 with their FIRST live show ever, recorded in front of industry judges and a room full of their screaming friends, family and fans. The show aired in April later that year. Since that time sateLites has managed to find an amazing bass player who really rounds out their sound. The addition of Fred brought a whole new life to the band and they spent 2009 recording a demo in Theo's basement and playing as many shows as they could. Now in 2010 the band has just come off thier second great defeat (losing a battle of the band comp) but their drive has never been stronger. they plan on recording a full length album this year and playing more shows. the 4 boys in sateLites are prime examples of the underdog. no matter how many setbacks come their way, with the support of their fans and their will to win you can be sure to expect sateLites at stadium near you..........(to be cont)
