Formed in 2004, the Saturday Nite Special Band set out to give fans a new, rockin, high-energy approach to Country Music. Since that time SNS has played countless bars, clubs, fairs, festivals, homecomings, and fundraisers throughout the Midwest to prove themselves as a hot up and coming young group.
SNS started out in an old garage with no heat or AC rehearsing three times a week to become one of the hottest and busiest bands in Central Illinois. They take there music very seriously and can see the love they have for it in every performance. When you see an SNS show you will see five of the areas finest musicians very seasoned in each of their crafts and tight and precise vocals and harmonies. And the thing that is most suprising about that is four of them are not even 30 years old.
The group plays mostly Top 40 Hot Country with a mix of your dance floor packin Rock N Roll Favorites with some fresh original music thrown in. The group utilizes the best in wireless equipment with an energetic stage show that will always leave you wanting more. Alot of times getting right out in the crowd with the audience. The band is available for any type of engagement and would love the chance to entertain you and to show you why "Every Night Is Saturday Nite".
