Biography

Saul Brooks began playing the guitar at age fourteen, when his mother bought him his first real guitar, and he hasn’t looked back since. He had no idea that he could he sing.

Quotes Saul, ”One day I just sat down on the couch and starting humming along to a song and thought ‘well let’s see if I can really sing’.” (As we all know, he can!). ”I remember being so shy to sing I front of any one but I knew I could sing, So I uploaded a ton of videos of me singing on youtube. My sister found them and showed my family and that’s when the ride started”.

His first live performance was at Happy Valley High School talent show, where he won first place. After that, he began playing shows opening for his close friend and mentor country singer Cody McCarver, (formerly of Confederate Railroad) and was selected to tryout for American Idol. He has also opened for acts such as Lee Brice, Saving Able, and Tyler Farr. Recently, he played a role in the film Vengeance Without Mercy by filmmaker Christopher Forbes (release date Spring 2013) and is currently producing two music videos for songs on his upcoming CD to be released in 2013.
