Bio
Saulo Haikal is a Brazilian composer and musician, currently lead singer
and guitarist of the indie-rock "Saulo Haikal Trio". Started
writing songs as a child still, recording his musics on his dad's K7
tapes using vinyl as track background and a Casio keyboard.
Began learn playing the guitar during his youth when started, for the
first time, sharing his songs. Some years later, in 2004, created a
fictitious band called Ted2, launching three digital albums between the
years 2004 and 2006 in Brazilian´s social networking services.
On 2010, started recording the demo songs of the album "Cold Like a
Human" after named "There's no Hard Life With Cuba Libre". Had an
American distribution of the complete album of 10 songs released in
2011.
The album was influenced by British pop and the American pop-punk. The
entire album was written and composed by Saulo Haikal, with the final
mix co-produced with his friend and musician Marcio Biaso.
His successor album is "Saulo Haikal - Ad Libitum. At Will", released in 2016. On this album, again recorded all the instruments, and have done all production.
