SAWA start taking steps forward when Sawa(Vo.) determined to sing in '06, and she was a solo artist, then. When she met with HIZMI through the project of "The World Ends with You" (The Game sound track of the NintendoDS), they start to create original songs together and that was the start of SAWA's Unit project. Since most of those songs were BAND sounds, SAWA begins to have gigs together with new members from '09.
Most of the songs are written in English because SAWA wants to go over the borders and boundaries of "differences" and we believe MUSIC has power to enjoy such "differences" that each of us hold.
