Each personality in the ensemble remains clear and individualized to nourish and compliment this musical collage. Their sound cannot be easily classified; it hints Latin, Jazz, Funk and Fusion among other genres. With lyrics all in Spanish, their repertoire consists entirely of original compositions. The name is made up of two Spanish words: Mestura - archaic, depicting mixture or blend especially in describing the intermixing of ethnicities in the Americas & Fina - meaning fine. Those words accurately symbolize what they encompass as a unit. A fine mixture of thought, creativity & musical expression.
