Scenic is a Perth based disco/pop/progressive/tropical band have been signed to Joakim’s label Tigersushi and had their first single This Can’t Be repped by people like Aeroplane and The Magician. Nice start, eh? - In The Mix: Nina Las Vegas
Really sweet n’ twinkly disco-house number here – I can only assume they’ve got the live arena in their sites. Here’s their debut, it’s got a fairly shattering downwards chord progression that starts innocuously enough until it pile-drives you into the subsoil at 1:40. Really sultry vibes – looks like Mitzi have a challenger.. - Electrorash
Scenic is going to be a band to keep an eye on although they just dropped their first single. The amazing cosmic dance This Can’t Be track is featured on The Magician‘s new Magic Tape.
