Scotch Ellis Loring

Scotch Ellis Loring has been in arts and entertainment since his first professional job as Tootie’s suitor on The Facts of Life. His resume is quite extensive including his most recent stint recurring on Desperate Housewives. In film, he has had the pleasure of working with decorated directors such as Francis Ford Coppola, David Fincher and Todd Holland.

Producer, singer/songwriter Scotch Ellis Loring’s career has included everything from musical theater to the completion of his second solo CD “Original Scotch”. The first CD “Standard Scotch has been well received and hailed as an instant jazz favorite, with songs that include The Look Of Love, Pure Imagination and Witchcraft. All songs on the 2nd CD are written and produced by Scotch. Featured is the beautiful ballad “Lost Til I Found You”, heard in the feature film Firehouse Dog.

He is currently working on a heavily anticipated Christmas CD and a return to standards will soon follow it’s completion. He is also involved with the development and production of new artist with his label SELSOUND RECORDS.

Scotch is also an award winning film maker living in the Hollywood hills with his ever expanding family.
