Scott has been featured on the Muddy Marsh Ramblers self titled debut on Cornmeal Records and on 4 Greetings from Area Code 207 compilations.

His songs were singled out and given high marks and great revues from The New York Times, Bluegrass Unlimited, No Depression, the Portland Press Herald, Bluegrass Now, Portland Pheonix, Boston Globe and the Boston Herald.
Scott also plays bass and tours with Maine singer/songwriter Scott Link aka Diesel Doug of Diesel Doug and the Long Haul Truckers.
His playing is featured on the critically aclaimed DD&LHT records `The Fine Art of Carousing` and `Mistakes Were Made` as well as Scott Links new release `Comming Around`.

Bio

Scott makes acoustic guitars deep in the woods of Maine and writes songs on them before selling them to famous and not so famous good people. He`s been a professional luthier for over ten years and a songwriter for almost thirty.
Scott wrote his first song at age eight, "I`m a liar". Singing it for his mother and confessing his lies.
She was shocked.
He knew he was on to something.

Since that time he`s written countless songs,
toured across the U.S and Canada, o/f Willie Nelson, played for a president, recorded with a Bluegrass Boy, been hit by a car, had close people die, made good friends, made a whole bunch of guitars, fell in love, got married and had two babies.

Influenced by Bill Monroe, Carter Stanley, John Lennon, Neil Young, Slaid Cleaves, Woody Guthrie, Willie Nelson, Clarence White, Lenny Breau, David Grier, Gillian Welch, Doc Watson, Louvin Brothers, John Prine and Norman Blake.
